Todayβs Breaking GDCF Signal put numbers behind another shift in the historical talent model.
H-1B registrations from the largest IT outsourcing firms fell 92% β from 24,946 to 2,055. Consular-processing requests fell nearly 97%.
Now add a $100K requirement on certain new H-1B petitions.
For an industry built on the cost of global talent, the question becomes: where does the talent come from next?
