Tiger Analytics appointed Prakash Arunachalam Global Head of Operations, carrying a COO-level mandate.
His background spans Servion, Virtusa and Polaris, with experience across P&Ls, sales organizations, partnerships and acquisitions.
His mandate now includes scale, growth, profitability, M&A and potential IPO readiness.
That is not simply operations.
It is choosing the leadership required for where the company wants to go next.

PwC India + SAP launched an 18-month Career Readiness Programme, beginning with engineering students at KIIT.
Students receive industry training and SAP certifications, with high performers getting access to PwC internships and potential full-time opportunities.
PwC India Chairperson Sanjeev Krishan says India has an opportunity to become the world’s “talent engine.”
The entry-level pipeline isn’t disappearing.
It’s becoming more specialized, certified and deliberate.
