And here’s why the Best Buy story gets more interesting.
Infosys is already building and operating an AI-first GCC for Truist under a five-year build-operate-transfer model before eventually handing it over.
Now Tata Consultancy Services reportedly takes over Best Buy’s existing GCC.
One GDCF is building a GCC to give back.
Another is taking a GCC over.
GCCs aren’t simply replacing GDCFs. They’re changing where GDCFs sit in the value chain.
