🏗️ Operating Model Signal
Tata Consultancy Services made two moves worth looking at together.
In London, its new AI-native studio combines designers, strategists, domain experts and engineers.
In Hyderabad, TCS subsidiary HyperVault and partners plan to invest up to $7.4B in a 1GW AI data center campus.
One moves TCS further upstream into multidisciplinary expertise. The other moves it deeper into the infrastructure underneath AI.
The traditional services boundary keeps moving.
⚡ Talent Signal
Cognizant plans to hire 1,500 U.S. college graduates while scaling what it calls Frontier Engineers and Frontier Business Operators to 15,000 people.
New roles? Maybe.
A new version of an old staffing model? Maybe that too.
