🚀 The Opportunity
Infosys is hiring a Group Practice Engagement Manager (Group Sales Lead) to help lead and expand SAP-driven growth across the Americas.

You will operate horizontally across the SAP ecosystem and vertically within Semiconductor and CMT markets, partnering with Client Partners, NAO hunters, GTM leaders, and SAP alliance teams to shape large-scale transformation opportunities.

This role sits at the intersection of:
✅ SAP Transformation
✅ Semiconductor Supply Chain Modernization
✅ AI-Led Business Transformation

What You Will Do
🚀 Drive SAP-led growth across the semiconductor and CMT domain
🤝 Serve as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CFOs, CTOs, & Supply Chain leaders
📈 Build and scale net-new pipeline while expanding client relationships
🎯 Lead pursuit strategy, executive presentations, and proposal development
👥 Mentor and develop sales talent as this specialty SAP practice expands

Who We Are Looking For
🧭 15+ years of sales, consulting, account leadership, or client management
🧩 12+ years selling SAP services, solutions, or transformation programs
📡 Strong Semiconductor, High-Tech or broader CMT industry experience
📊 Proven ability to build and convert pipeline while driving significant revenue growth
🌐 Deep network across SAP ecosystems, partners, and industry stakeholders
🏛️ Executive presence with the ability to influence strategic business decisions
