💼 Senior Sales Manager – BFS | NAO New Logo Hunters 💼

Infosys is hiring two (2) Senior Sales Managers to join the Global Financial Services (BFS) NAO team — one role based in the United States and one in Canada.

This is a targeted build‑out of elite new‑logo sales rainmakers focused on Banking and Capital Markets, one of our top strategic industry verticals globally.

⚠️ This is not a farming role.

This is for proven HUNTERs who can open enterprise doors, create demand, and convert opportunity into long‑term growth.

What You Will Do
🚀 Drive net‑new business development across Banking and Capital Markets
🧭 Build and execute proactive market strategies targeting new accounts
💡 Shape and position differentiated solutions across AI, digital, cloud, data, and transformation

Ideal Background:
🧭 9+ years in enterprise sales or business development
🏦 Strong network across Banking, Capital Markets, or FinTech ecosystems
🌐 Deep understanding of IT services, consulting, and Global Delivery Models

Deep Dive:
🎤 Strong executive presence and proposal leadership
📊 Proven track record of winning new logos and exceeding targets
🤝 Experience engaging CXO‑level stakeholders and managing complex sales cycles
📈 Build, qualify, and convert a high‑quality pipeline of enterprise opportunities
🔗 Partner with global delivery, solutioning, and industry teams to win complex deals
