• Deloitte is rolling out workforce and talent-architecture changes for U.S. employees, including new title structures and some perk adjustments, as part of a broader modernization effort.
• Accenture is reportedly tying senior promotions more tightly to internal AI tool usage, pushing AI adoption deeper into its operating model.

💰 Market / demand signals:
• Contract and pricing pressure, including in government-related work, appears in how firms are tightening delivery and workforce models (with Deloitte’s changes as one visible example).
• Deals watch: In my 2/21 scan, I did not see major net-new (NAO) consulting or Large-deals publicly disclosed.

🤝 Ecosystem signals:
• Cognizant × Google Cloud: expanded partnership aimed at operationalizing agentic AI at enterprise scale across internal and client-facing use cases.
