Today’s signal is what’s actually selling: multi-year digital engineering work, and the hiring pressures which will follow the revenue.

📌 Today’s watchlist (2/23):

🏢 Firm / operating signals:
• Accenture is reportedly tying senior promotions more tightly to internal AI tool usage—pushing adoption deeper into the operating model.
• Deloitte’s U.S. workforce and talent-architecture changes remain a visible marker of how consulting delivery and staffing models are being adjusted.

💰 Market / demand signals:
• LTIMindtree disclosed a $100M, 7-year agreement with a European MedTech firm covering product development and support for hearing-aid brands and private-label products, including wearables and an end-user mobile app. (This is deal proof on non-AI product engineering scope.)
• Deals watch: In my 2/23 disclosure scan, I did not see other major NAO consulting or “large deals” publicly disclosed beyond the LTIMindtree agreement noted above.

🤝 Ecosystem signals:
• Tata Consultancy Services × ServiceNow: multi-year partnership to accelerate large-scale AI adoption for enterprises—an explicitly platform-led execution motion.
• Infosys × Anthropic and Cognizant × Google Cloud remain among this week’s clearest agentic deployment partnership signals, with an enterprise rollout focus.

👥 Talent / hiring pulse (spot check):
• A spot check of live postings still shows Client Partner / BD coverage roles open across major integrators (links in the pinned comment).
• For mandates shaped like the LTIM deal, pressure typically shifts toward embedded/firmware + mobile engineering, QA/regulatory + security, and product/platform owners—plus commercial leaders who can expand beyond the initial scope.

🎯 Recruiting Guy take:
LTIM didn’t just win a deal—it won the right to touch the product: devices, app, and lifecycle support. In highly regulated MedTech, GDCFs separate when they can ship customer-facing product engineering at scale and turn one MSA into a durable run/operate runway.

❓ Question: Are you seeing more pressure right now to open net-new logos (NAO) or expand existing accounts?
